Princess Darragh Kilkenny-Mondoux
Darragh is 25 years of age. Her Irish heritage is on her maternal side and stems from County Cavan and Leitrim. She has had the privilege of knowing her family in Ireland through visits and social media.
She is presently completing her undergraduate degree, majoring in both Irish Studies and Liberal Arts at Concordia University.
Darragh continues to create projects that fulfil her passions and skill set in theatre production, direction and performance. She developed her talent for public speaking at the Dome Professional Theatre Program. She has served as director, producer, stand up comedian and academic conference presenter.
Darragh recently made the semi-finals in a citywide comedy competition. Last year she presented an essay on feminine narrative in James Joyce’s “Ulysses” at Bloomsday Montreal.
Her first initiation to live storytelling came at St. Monica’s Parish that played a vital role in giving her opportunities to develop her talents in music, theatre, public speaking and dance.
